Aaron Fox is a professional furniture designer and maker with over twenty years of experience creating finely crafted, enduring furniture. His work balances traditional woodworking and metalworking techniques with modern design, emphasizing clean lines, thoughtful proportions, the intentional use of curves, and the natural character of wood.
His background includes time at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine, and the Thomas Riley Artisans’ Guild in Naples, Florida, experiences that shaped his disciplined approach to design and making. Each piece is designed and built by hand, guided by careful attention to detail, function, and longevity.
Rooted in craftsmanship and informed by contemporary design, Aaron creates furniture meant to be used, lived with, and appreciated over time.

Toolmarks is a collective of craftspeople dedicated to making fine furniture in the heart of Austin, Texas. We band together to share a professional level woodworking facility. We seek to attract those that are in the business of making custom furniture for their clients, either full or part time. We offer several levels of memberships for those involved in the trade.
